Admission Procedure

1Admission to children of serving Army Personnel coming on transfer will be made at any time of the year. Those studying in Army School/APS will be admitted after an evaluation test. For other categories, admission will be made at the beginning of the academic year based on availability of seats and merit.
2Parent/Guardians of students seeking admission must apply on the Registration Form attached in the prospectus which is available in the school office.
3POSTING/MOVEMENT ORDER MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION:
4The following certificate must be submitted along with the application form:-
(a)Proof of Age Certificate.
(i)(i) In case of Defence personnel extract of their record of service attested by their commanding Officer. OR
(ii)Birth Certificates issued by Military/Civil hospital or Municipality/Village Panchayat.
(b)TC from previous school for classes by upward. If the school is not an Army School/APS/KV the TC should be countersigned by the competent authority i.e. District Education Officer. In case of pupils who did not study in a recognized school the parent/Guardian should give a letter to that effect.
(c)Latest Report Card from the previous school.
