Purpose

The purpose of this Discipline Policy is to establish clear guidelines for maintaining professional behavior, ensuring a respectful and productive environment, and outlining the consequences of misconduct. This policy applies to all employees and members of the organization.

Code of Conduct

All employees/members are expected to:

Types of Misconduct

Misconduct is categorized into three levels based on severity:

A. Minor Misconduct
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Treat colleagues, clients, and stakeholders with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintain punctuality and fulfill assigned duties responsibly.
B. Major Misconduct
  • Follow workplace safety and security guidelines.
  • Refrain from any form of misconduct or behavior that disrupts workplace harmony.
C. Gross Misconduct
  • Follow workplace safety and security guidelines.
  • Refrain from any form of misconduct or behavior that disrupts workplace harmony.
D. Gross Misconduct
  • Follow workplace safety and security guidelines.
  • Refrain from any form of misconduct or behavior that disrupts workplace harmony.

Disciplinary Actions

Disciplinary actions will be taken based on the nature of the offense:

  • Verbal Warning – Issued for first-time minor offenses.
  • Written Warning – For repeated minor violations.
  • Final Warning – If behavior does not improve.
  • Suspension – Temporary removal from duties for investigation.
  • Termination – Immediate dismissal for gross misconduct.

Right to Appeal

Employees have the right to appeal disciplinary actions within [X] days by submitting a written request to the HR department or management. Appeals will be reviewed fairly, and a final decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

Enforcement & Compliance
