Purpose

consequences of misconduct. This policy applies to all employees and members of the

Types of Misconduct
Misconduct is categorized into three levels based on severity:

B. Major Misconduct

C. Gross Misconduct

- Refrain from any form of misconduct
or behavior that disrupts workplace harmony.
D. Gross Misconduct
- Follow workplace safety and security
guidelines.
- Refrain from any form of misconduct
or behavior that disrupts workplace harmony.
Disciplinary Actions
Disciplinary actions will be taken based on the nature of the offense:
- Verbal Warning – Issued for
first-time minor offenses.
- Written Warning – For repeated minor
violations.
- Final Warning – If behavior does not
improve.
- Suspension – Temporary removal from
duties for investigation.
- Termination – Immediate dismissal for
gross misconduct.
Right to Appeal
Employees have the right to appeal disciplinary actions within [X] days by submitting a
written request to the HR department or management. Appeals will be reviewed fairly, and a
final decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
